Mid-size jobs are our bread and butter: equipment installs, rebuilds, upgrades and shutdown scopes. Our millwrights and pipefitters work on the equipment that keeps heavy industry running, from dryers, kilns and furnaces to pumps, conveyors and the piping between them, with our own fabrication shop behind them. We also take small service calls and multi-million-dollar projects.

What we deliver.
- 01
Process & Utility Piping
Steam, condensate, water, compressed air and process lines in carbon steel and 304/316L stainless. Spools are prefabricated in our shop, pressure tested and built to TSSA standards, with TSSA registration handled when required.

Pumps, Drives & Rotating Equipment
Pumps, motors, blowers, compressors and gearboxes removed, set, grouted and aligned by licensed 433A millwrights, along with the piping that ties them in.

Dryers, Furnaces, Kilns & Heat Exchangers
Seals, rollers, liners, breeching, chokes, doors and expansion joints on hot-process equipment, plus heat exchanger pressure testing and tube repairs.

Bulk Material Handling
Chutes, hoppers, bins, screens, augers and bucket elevators, with wear liners and crack repairs. Built in our shop and installed on site.

Dust Collection & Ducting
Bag collector inlets, duct sections, dampers and expansion joints in carbon and stainless steel, from single sections to full collector replacements.

Tanks & Vessels
Tanks set, replaced or built in our shop, then piped in, with the ladders, platforms and handrail to reach them.

Platforms & Structural Steel
Platforms, ladders, stairs, grating and pipe supports, built to your drawings or measured on site.

Equipment Installs & Moves
Setting new equipment, relocating lines and removing old machinery, with crane and rigging as the job needs.

Shutdowns & Down Days
Crews for planned shutdowns, down days and wash-ups, including 12-hour and night shifts. Our superintendents take breakdown call-ins from clients around the clock.
